Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 24 October 2026

1. About us and these terms

These terms govern your use of www.groweurope.eu and of the free resources offered on it. By using the website you agree to them.

The website is operated by GrowEurope d.o.o., Markovičeva ulica 6, 2000 Maribor, Slovenia, registration number 7440863000, VAT ID SI10223096, entered in the Slovenian Business Register (AJPES), email info@groweurope.eu, phone +386 41 924 323 ("GrowEurope", "we", "us").

GrowEurope helps companies enter and grow in European markets through market entry and go-to-market services, partnerships, the GrowEurope Aggregator network of local partners, and educational events, webinars, guides and podcasts. Our services are intended for businesses and professionals, not consumers.

Paid services are provided under a separate written agreement or proposal. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement prevails.

2. Using the website

You may use the website for lawful business purposes. You must not:

We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the website at any time without notice. We aim to keep it available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

3. Webinars, workshops, events and the free guide

Registration. Free webinars and workshops are open to registered participants. Places may be limited. We may refuse or cancel a registration, for example if details are false or the event is not aimed at your type of business.

Changes and cancellation. We or our co-hosts may change the date, time, speakers, format or content of an event, or cancel it. We will let registered participants know by email. Because events are free, no compensation is due.

Co-hosted events. Some events are run with partners such as chambers of commerce or startup associations. Where a partner is a co-host, its own terms may also apply.

Recording. Sessions may be recorded and published, for example on our YouTube channel. We announce this at the start. If you do not want to appear, keep your camera and microphone off and avoid using your full name in chat. By speaking on camera or submitting questions, you allow us to use that contribution in the recording.

Conduct. Be respectful. We may remove anyone who disrupts a session, harasses others or promotes unrelated products without permission.

The free guide. "How to grow across Europe" and other downloadable materials are for your internal business use. You may not resell, republish or distribute them without our written permission.

4. Consultations, services and Aggregator partners

Free consultation. The free 30-minute call is an introductory conversation with no obligation on either side. Anything said in it is general guidance, not a binding offer or professional advice.

Paid services. Scope, deliverables, fees, payment terms and timelines for market entry, go-to-market and Aggregator services are set out in a written proposal or contract signed by both parties. No paid service starts without one. Descriptions on the website, including results in case studies and figures such as the number of partners or countries, are illustrative and do not form part of any contract.

Results. Market entry depends on many factors outside our control. Unless a contract says otherwise, we do not guarantee specific sales, leads, revenue or other outcomes.

Aggregator partners. Local partners join the Aggregator only after we vet them and sign a separate partner agreement. Submitting the "Become a partner" form does not create a partnership or any right to receive work. Partners are independent businesses, not our employees or agents.

5. Intellectual property

8. Privacy, changes, law and contact
